Haditemizlik provides consulting services for maintenance cost management and support service audits for bank branches and Class A office buildings. Services include, but are not limited to, training for workflow process optimization, management of external suppliers, and improvement of operational efficiency.
Haditemizlik's Obligations: To provide consulting and training according to the agreed specifications, with professionalism and confidentiality.
Client's Obligations: To provide the necessary information and access for the provision of services in a timely manner and to respect the agreed recommendations and implementation plans.
Haditemizlik assumes liability for the services provided within the limits of the contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential losses, or damages arising from operational decisions made by the client based on our consultation, outside of our specific and documented recommendations.
All rates are communicated in advance and invoiced according to the signed contract. Any additional service requested outside the scope of the initial contract will be invoiced separately, following prior client approval.
Our refund policy applies in accordance with current Romanian legislation and is detailed in the individual service contract.
Either party may terminate the collaboration by written notice, respecting the notice period stipulated in the contract. Haditemizlik reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of violation of these terms by the client.
Haditemizlik reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this site. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
